He starts with an initial 30-60 minute phone call go over every detail necessary.  On this initial call he is able to see a buyers credit combined with all of their financial details, and goals to know everything up front so by the time you are finished with the call, if you are qualified, you will already be ready for the underwriting process.  This gives buyers a strong peace of mind of not having to worry during the process that something will change
