Marley Park (Surprise)

Like much of Arizona, the City of Surprise has a rich agricultural history, as does Marley Park. Once home to cotton fields and rose gardens, Marley Park is now a special community that celebrates the spirit of neighborhood. Parks, sidewalks, tree-lined streets and diverse architectural styles provide the charming backdrop for an enriching community. Marley Park welcomed its first residents in 2005 and was thoughtfully organized to provide a livable, walkable community that invited engagement. At just more than 950 acres, Marley Park is a community of distinct places that embraces possibilities, sparks neighborly involvement and provides ample opportunities for residents to create their fondest memories.
